Occupational therapy on a real farm? Julie Abrams, OTR, LLC, offers unique services for children that provide real life experiences in a natural environment. Children develop and improve strength, balance, motor planning, attention and empathy in a sensory enriched farm setting. Goals in occupational therapy are met through working and caring for goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and pigs. In addition, a therapeutic room provides a comfortable and supportive space to improve sensory processing through swings, ramps, tunnels, etc. Serving Boulder County including Boulder, Longmont, Lyons, Louisville, and Lafayette.
Home visits are also available on an individual basis.
