Pediatric OT & ADHD Parent Coaching | Farm-Based Therapy in Longmont, CO

Occupational Therapy
At Farm OT, we partner with children and their families to support growth in fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and emotional regulation. Using sensory integration principles in a natural farm setting, children build focus, resilience, and compassion through meaningful activities—such as feeding animals, digging in the dirt, and exploring the outdoors. The farm environment provides rich, real-life experiences that foster both skill development and a deeper connection to self, others, and nature.
Parent Sessions
While regular OT sessions with children are important, supporting and educating parents adds an invaluable layer to the process. Parent sessions provide a private space to discuss your child’s needs openly, without little ears listening in. During these conversations, parents gain a deeper understanding of sensory integration, learn practical ways to create and implement a sensory diet, and discover strategies to make daily life at home calmer, smoother, and more enjoyable for the whole family.

ADHD Parent Coaching
Parenting is never easy—and when a child is neurodivergent, the challenges can feel even greater. Our coaching program helps parents better understand ADHD and how their child’s brain works, while also providing concrete, practical strategies to reduce everyday stress and strengthen family life.
You can choose to join a group class for a foundation of knowledge and community support, or schedule individual sessions for personalized guidance and hands-on help in putting strategies into practice.
